Required equipment:
You must have a sweat towel and water to re-hydrate.
Participants are strongly encouraged to use a heart rate monitor.
For Cycling classes supportive shoes are a must. Flexible shoes do not work for Cycling!
Reserved seating for Cycling is $2 for members. Reservations are recommended, these classes fill up!
