Marsha is certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Fitness Training of Athletics.  Marsha is certified by FreeMotoin Fitness to teach FreeMotion Group and Personal Training.  An athlete most of her life, Marsha joined the Upcountry Fitness team in 2000.  Her training specialties are senior fitness, rehabilitation, juniors, and Optimum Performance Training™ for weight loss.
