BreakDancing
The class will consist of classic Bboy/girl top rock, footwork, & freezes for beginners and for dancers who need to work on
foundation, top rock, & floor rock.
Capoeira
An afro-brazilian martial art developed initially by African slaves in Brazil in the colonial period. It is marked by deft, tricky
movements, often "played" on the ground or completely inverted. It also has a strong acrobatic component in some versions
and is always played with music.
Core Strength
The core strength class is a one hour core workout focusing on the areas of the body involved in the “core” (back, abs,
pelvic stabilizers) During the class you will focus on strength, stability, balance and endurance exercises to improve the
overall function and power of the core, for a healthy foundation to fitness.
Kettlebell Workout
Kettle Bells Get Results! Shred fat, increase strength, improves flexibility and mobility, agility, speed and coordination.
Kettle Bells engage multiple muscle groups and joints at the same time, using the body as an integrated unit. You are
producing and reducing force, loading one side of the body, constantly strengthening your core.
Kickboxing
Improve cardio health, coordination, reflexes, balance and burn calories while having fun, with the high intensity intervals
of kickboxing. All ages 5 and above welcome to join. Private Training also available.
Maui Tumblers
provide supervision and guidance by a trained adult to ensure proper skill progression. Every week, your child can participa
te in a gymnastics class consisting of warm up and stretching, skills review, new skill activity, obstacle course and conditio
ning. They offer a safe and non-competitive environment, where each student will be able to have fun, meet and play with
other students, learn new skills and develop physically.Maui Tumblers also offer private lessons, birthday parties, and cheer
classes.
Pilates Mat
Pilates matwork is a series of exercises that are done on the floor with attention to the flow of movement and to the core
muscles. As with all pilates, the focus is on mind/body connection and proper alignment of the body while initiating
movement from the core. This is a challenging workout on its own, and a great compliment to any other activities you may be
involved with .
Qi-Gong
The fundamentals of this traditional exercise system will prepare athletes of any type to avoid injury.
Have greater improvement and progress in their sport by addressing key aspects of breathing, foundational strength and
flexibility and establish core balance and fitness. Open to all levels of ability or experience.
Zumba
A very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You'll forget you're working out with the sexy
but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, Reggaeton, Rumba, and more. Best of all, you don't need any
previous dance experience!
