Exercises to develop core stability and to gain freedom in movement based on the mat work of Joseph Pilates and other Somatic practices. The results are a healthy back, increased mobility in the joints, and greater comfort in the body.
DYNAMIC WAVE STRETCHING
A fluid practice using Wave-like repetitive motions to open tight muscles, realign joints, relieve muscles and give the body a kind and deep tune-up leaving you feeling relaxed, invigorated and peacefully strong. Eliminating the need to ‘perfect’ postures, DWS allows you to work within your body’s capabilities to create flexibility, strength and endurance.
Designed to enhance your level of awareness regarding movement. It allows you to move more gracefully, eliminate pain and reduce tension. As an athlete or person wanting to live more youthfully, the lessons allow you to effortlessly generate more power, increase flexibility, improve eye/hand coordination and balance, better posture and muscular balance and skeletal alignment.
Core strengthening class. Focus on the breath and clean technique. All levels welcome. All moves can be adjusted for all fitness levels. Friday’s class is advanced. Please check with instructor prior to participation.
The fundamentals of this traditional exercise system will prepare athletes of any type to avoid injury. Have greater improvement & progress in their sport by addressing key aspects of breathing, foundational strength and flexibility, and establish core balance & fitness. Open to all levels of ability or experience.

CORE FIT BELLY DANCING
Learn the fundamental techniques of Tribal Fusion BellyDance while getting a Cardio Workout. Build strength and tone muscles in your upper body, core and legs while drilling foundational dance movements. Condition your body through core isolations, pop and lock combos, basic foot and arm patterns.
INTRO TO FIRE DANCING
Learn the foundation of Fire Dancing through guided instruction in a group environment. Utilizing styles from Many different Martial Arts, Samoan Fire Knife, Maori Poi Spinning, and modern styles. We will be reviewing multitude of props, spending 4 weeks on each Prop. Come and enjoy the balance of getting a great workout and learning a New Skill or two. Every level of experience is welcome! 12 years or older to attend.
