Dynamic wave stretch allows you to work within your body's capabilities to create flexibility, strength and endurance.

BEX Booty Blast
Designed to strengthen, build, and tone the body with emphasis on the legs, abdominals, and butt.
The workout will include guided cardio, stretch, and massage to help develop lean muscle mass and a perky, functional backside. Level:  Mix Intermediate/Advanced

Power 1/ 2 Hour
Full body strength training. Stretch, Balance, core, short cardio and massage packed into 30 minutes.

Core Balance
Focusing on single leg balance progressions and core (all muscles that stabilize the spine) stabilization
and strengthening exercises, learn the importance of neutral spine and how to maintain it thru movement in
all directions.

This workout takes Pilates mat exercises to the next level with Power Plate Acceleration Training.
Focus on control in your movements as you strengthen and tone your entire body.
Level:  Intermediate

Cardio Acceleration
Focusing on interval training on the plate to condition the cardio respiratory system as well as improving your SAQ (Speed, Agility, and Quickness).
