Functional Assessment
After reviewing your goals and medical history, your trainer will take you through a series of exercises to assess balance, core, and strength. You will receive assessment results and recommendations to help you improve your fitness level and reach your goals.

Equipment Orientation
New members unfamiliar with Upcountry Fitness’ equipment will benefit from this guided tour. Your trainer will show you settings, weight, and proper form on our Freemotion Circuit and Cardio Equipment.
