KETTLE BELLS
A  traditional ancient Russian training tool that has been used to develop full body conditioning and fitness, a kettlebell looks like a cannon ball with a handle and combines resistance and cardio for a total body challenge.

Sunday Old School 16 Kettles Old school original 16 rounds of 2min 30sec with 30sec rest in between.
10 min joint mobility warm up and 10 min cool down stretch. This is a great beginner class  as well as a long time running favorite.

Tri-Kettle 15 rounds 3 stations 2min 30sec on the clock. Make your way around the room hitting everything in the entire body. Most all in one, one stop total body training.
1. PULL: Body suspension straps
2. CARDIO or CORE: cardiovascular drills using just your body or core exercises
3. KETTLE: either single or double kettle moves

Endurance Kettles 220 In this class test your endurance with mastered skill and technique. We rock the bells and don't set them down for 20 min at a time. Flowing from move to move, going through ALL kettle bell movements.
10 min joint mobility warm up and 10 min cool down stretch. 3 min rest in between rounds.

Double Kettle PURE STRENGTH Using 2 kettles. 15 rounds of 2min 30sec. In this class use your skills to push your strength through the roof. Gain strength and size with double the weight and slower tempo.

Total Body Basics Suitable for all levels. Exercises focus on spinal stabilization, core & balance and strengthening the entire body.                                                  

Total Body Express Suitable for Int levels.  More  advanced exercises focus on core strength and balance, functional strength movements such as the push, the pull, the press, squats and lunges. Tone all the major muscle groups

Total Body Reactive Suitable for Adv Levels.  Plyometric exercises or jump training, based around having muscles exert maximum force in as short a time as possible, with the goal of increasing both speed and power.
This training focuses on learning to move  from a muscle extension to  contraction in a rapid, explosive  way.

MARTIAL ART KICKBOXING The study of martial arts is excellent cross-training for any sport or movement art. Work on developing speed, agility, core strength, and flexibility while fully exploring the complete vocabulary of kick-boxing techniques. Delve into the somewhat more subtle arts of China including Chang Chuan and Shaolin kempo. The class will accommodate every level of experience and ability in an environment that is positive, supportive and, above all, fun.

TAC FIT Effectively develop strength, endurance, movement ability and body awareness, through a variety of high intensity interval protocols. Not for everybody, TacFit appeals to those who are healthy and wish to refine their movement skills while increasing functional strength and metabolism. In this class we will focus on movements using our bodyweight only.

JOINT MOBILITY  Distinct from stretching, move all the joints of the body in a specific sequence of ascending complexity. An excellent low-impact movement practice for all ages and a proven method for regaining pain-free ROM and neuromuscular health. An excellent warm-up and balance for your training. All levels welcome.

CORE & BALANCE  3 Rounds of 4 Exercises done 2x’s each.  Designed to increase core strength while increasing balance. Through the use of mat work and gym toys, build your strength , endurance and stamina
Perfect for athletes or beginners. YOGA RESTORE (20) Relax and restore the body and mind. We use props to support the body, allowing you to release into poses with no effort. Unwind from your busy schedule with this gentle and nourishing practice. Limited to 20 students

YOGA DEEP Allow your body to surrender into deep holds as we move through postures that open your hips, lengthen your muscles and stretch the fascia tissue. This is a deep yin practice and great balance to your workouts.

YOGA FLOW A dynamic, flow style class focusing on the breath/movement connection. A physically and spiritually energizing class that increases body awareness, flexibility and strength while mindfully centering yourself.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA Rise and shine with this gentle flow class designed with the beginner in mind.

SUNRISE YOGA A vigorous, more athletic approach to yoga techniques characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath.

YOGA BASICS Designed to introduce students to the foundations of a safe and gentle yoga practice.
Suitable for all levels, perfect  for beginners.

AERIAL YOGA* Using a silk hammock, students will explore traditional yoga poses while being supported by the silk. For  yogis looking to expand their practice, for those looking for an introduction to aerial dance and for everyone who wants to have fun we’ve combined elements of yoga and acrobatics for a thrilling, unique experience! 
Classes are $12 for members. Limited to 10 students. Please reserve and pay for your spot ahead of time at the front desk .

CORE TRANSFORMATION Exercises to develop core stability and to gain freedom in movement based on the mat work of Joseph Pilates and other Somatic practices. The results are a healthy back, increased mobility in the joints, and greater comfort in the body.

DYNAMIC WAVE STRETCHING A fluid practice using Wave-like repetitive motions to open tight muscles, realign joints, relieve muscles and give the body a kind and deep tune-up leaving you feeling relaxed, invigorated and peacefully strong. Eliminating the need to ‘perfect’ postures, DWS allows you to work within your body’s capabilities to create flexibility, strength and endurance. A perfect conditioning class to compliment your workouts!

FELDENKRAIS  Designed to enhance your level of awareness regarding movement. It allows you to move more gracefully, eliminate pain and reduce tension. As an athlete or person wanting to live more youthfully, the lessons allow you to effortlessly generate more power, increase flexibility, improve eye/hand coordination and balance.

PILATES MAT Core strengthening class. Focus on the breath and clean technique. All levels welcome. All moves can be adjusted for all fitness levels. Friday’s class is advanced. Please check with instructor prior to participation.

INTEGRATIVE QI-GONG (IQG) An active form of the qi gong practice, we use energy from the core or lower qi center to release habitual patterns of movement and help realign the spine and joints                                                                                      
QI-YOGA FUSION This class combines breathing with joint opening, strengthening postures, and flowing movements, to enliven the body and activate it’s energy systems. Designed to cultivate energy, using it to heal and strengthen every system throughout the body.

CORE FIT BELLY DANCING Learn the fundamental techniques of Tribal Fusion BellyDance while getting a Cardio Workout. Condition your body through core isolations, pop and lock combos, basic foot and arm patterns.

INTRO TO FIRE DANCING Training  through Pattern Repetition. Utilizing styles from many different Martial Arts, Samoan Fire Knife, Maori Poi Spinning and Modern Styles from around the world. We will be reviewing multitude of props.

FIRE DRILLS This focuses on primary motions and patterns and teaches through drills and muscle memory exercises. With Cardio, Core, Balance and Hand-Eye coordination training combined in one Class.

FIRE DANCING “Flow & Motion” Learn the foundation of Fire Dancing through guided instruction. Focus on the primary motions and patterns of each prop while expanding  range of motion and connecting moves.

ZUMBA A moving experience and high-energy cardio dance workout.Zumba is about moving every major muscle group in your body to fun, upbeat music. A fun and positive dance party-like energy with a variety of routines that ends up burning calories like crazy.
