YOGA BASICS Designed to introduce students to the foundations of a safe and gentle yoga practice. AERIAL YOGA* Using a silk hammock, students will explore traditional yoga poses while being supported by the silk. FIRE DRILLS This focuses on primary motions and patterns and teaches through drills and muscle memory exercises. With Cardio, Core, Balance and Hand-Eye coordination training combined in one Class. FIRE DANCING “Flow & Motion” Learn the foundation of Fire Dancing through guided instruction. Focus on the primary motions and patterns of each prop while expanding range of motion and connecting moves.
